We remembered his name from when we were having some construction clean up completed, and Sam had been very honest about his team’s ability to do an extremely difficult job (months of construction dust in a furnished residence) – we ended up hiring an industrial team to do that clean up. When we hired Sam for regular biweekly cleanups, he sent out the same team, which was fabulous. Sam and his team honored specific requirements for taking care of the new carpet and hardwoods. The team was also gentle on the furniture and super polite to the people. We also found Sam to be an ethical person with whom to work in the rare event that something did not go quite right. Bottom line is that working with Sam and his team was easy, and the cleaning met our needs. I would be comfortable hiring him again should the need arise."

"I purchased my condo in 2003 and was told by the previous homeowner that the stains could not be removed. I have lived with them the entire time but not after I tried every chemical recommended to remove the stains and nothing worked. I sent through RFP on Angies List and Serrano was the first and only company that responded. He saw the picture and said he could get it clean. I still thought when he arrived at my house he would see it and change his mind. An hour later my tub looks brand new, everything is shiny, including the shower door. I have never seen it look so good, it was the best money I spent. I was shocked at how good it looked. I would highly recommend this company."

"I can't say enough about Sam and her crew at Web & Moore.  She designed a new website for my business.  It came out very professional looking and has helped with obtaining more work for my business.  She is very professional and worked very closely with me for what I was looking for.  Most importantly, after the site was up and running, google was resetting the website page, stating it was under construction.  I emailed Sam and within minutes she was on it.  She had to manually force the site on Google multiple times and then it finally took.  She had to do this process 20-30 times. (This was an error on Googles part, not anyone else.  Sam and her crew went over and above.  I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend her for all you website needs."
