"Workers were here 'sort of' on time. Job took a day or two longer than expected. New shower looks great. Shower floor is an issue. The floor is not solid, and takes some getting used to. Overall, we are happy with the new shower, but the floor needs to be addressed along with a chip in the floor ceramic tile, caused by workers."

"Z&G BUILT OUR DREAM LIVING SPACE (BASEMENT)! This renovation was the last on our list of major home projects and was also the largest undertaking. That being said, we recognized the overall scope and knew it had to be done correctly. When the time was right, we gathered our ideas. Mac and Jennifer then took our rough concepts and executed building them into reality, completely surpassing our expectations. Mac has a few decades of experience in rough/finish carpentry and his attention to fine detail is EXCEPTIONAL. Which is exactly what you want when seeking a contractor. We came in with a vision, and left it to the expert to make it happen. Jenniferâ s project management/coordination was excellent and communication was never an issue. She also puts in the extra effort to make costs very straightforward and there were no surprises. "They are always a pleasure to deal with. Deck was old and falling apart. They replaced all the framework and installed new decking that withstands MI weather. Old porch was ceramic and cracking. The original material was not accepted by our Arch Committee. Contractor provided alternate material--accepted and has received raves from neighbors. Also repaired and repainted column on porch."
