"GSL saved my husband and I from a dire situation. The week before Christmas, we found our basement full of sewage back-up, and had no idea what to do. After getting an astronomical quote from another company, we were distraught, and left feeling like we either needed to sell our home, or go into a huge amount of debt. Enter Bryan, Greg and the GSL team. They replaced our main sewage pipe for a fraction of the cost. While doing this, they found a leak in our main water line, and replaced that as well, and we were still WAY under the quote we got from the other guys. "Mik charged me $1,500 and ultimately replaced only 8 bricks, though there were many more I had wanted replaced (I had said replace "broken bricks" but he argued he hadn't seen them when estimating). He didn't bring the requested mortar and silicone color. He threatened to leave if I didn't like it. No repointing as requested in agreement. He failed to show on the first scheduled workday. The workers failed to protect my floor, and when Mik finally arrived after they dragged the rig through my home, they put paper down on my parquet with duck tape that pulled off the finish. I chose Milestone based on all these glowing reviews. No sir!"
