"I called many plumbing companies this morning due to my toilets not flushing and my shower backing up. Hope was the only one able to come out today, JP showed up promptly, was very professionally, explained exactly what he was doing, was thorough, took the time to answer my questions which was a lot of them and was able to get everything working like it should again. I decided to sign up for their annual service and I have already received the notice that Ben is on his way to do a camera inspection which was included in my cost today. They send me text messages with photos of the employees due to show up, a little background on the employee and I couldn't be happier with Hope Plumbing! I highly recommend this company for anything and everything plumbing related."

"Our furnace went out around 5:00pm on 1/6 (the night of -17 below temps) and we called Muegge for service since we had no heat. The service technician was given an incorrect address by the dispatcher, and to his credit, he tried to call a number of times to verify the correct address and left a number of voice mails (which we did not get and this was our fault). We rescheduled for Tuesday, 1/7/14 and two technicians showed up that morning. The older of the two was the problem, and when he walked into the house (now without heat for about 15 hours), he said "it's not THAT cold in here." We did not appreciate this after spending the night in a house with no heat during sub-zero temperatures. The younger gentleman was quite nice and courteous throughout. The older gentleman started complaining about the location of the furnace and how it shouldn't be in the garage (we didn't put it there - we only moved in last April) and also groaned about the fact that it was a 90% efficiency furnace (which, according to what he told me later, requires more work and checking on their part). They put a small space heater near the unit in an attempt to thaw out the lines and said they would be back in an hour. They showed up about 4 hours later, and by that time we had replaced their heater with one of our own and this thawed the lines. When they returned, the older gentleman again complained about the location of the furnace. <br /> I want to state that both technicians were technically proficient and they did get our furnace working again, but it appeared that the older gentleman hadn't slept in awhile (he stated this a number of times), and it really affected his customer service skills during our visit. I understand that this weather situation was highly unusual and that their crews had been putting in extremely long hours, but this does not excuse the attitude displayed by the older gentleman and his comments were not appreciated by us. <br />"

"Everything went perfectly. It took only 2 days to schedule and about 2 hours to install. We replaced and old water softener that was on its last legs. The plumber, Joe, was well trained and did an excellent job. He walked me through the clock and other settings. He left the work area probably cleaner than it was before he arrived. We live in an older house and have used Howald for our plumbing and HVAC needs for many years and are very pleased with their service."

We had no idea how long it had been, but we knew the people from who we purchased the home hadn't had it cleaned and we had lived here three years, so we wanted to make sure we knew of its cleaning and what shape it was in. "Mike who does the service work was both friendly and very professional. He accessed the situation and explained my problem thoroughly. He informed me of the process and equipment in which he would utilize in order to complete the job to the finish (explaining things along the way). He gave me a very fair price due to the work/time that I believe that he put into my job. He has a discount for senior citizens, which I believe to be grand in these economic times. My toilet was original to the home. He had parts to replace the old ones. On top of that, he cleans his work area and leaves things as close to the way he found them, as much as humanly possible. I would use him for every plumbing issue and would refer him to anyone looking for a plumber. I would hope that everyone has the same experience with him as I did..."
