"The workers showed up as scheduled and worked until dark. They did a fantastic job of replacing our roof as well as cleaning up. Six pieces of sheathing and 2 trusses were replaced as well. Richard kept us informed throughout the whole process and we are very pleased with the outcome. He also repaired a leak in our sunroom roof. Excellent company!"

"I recently had a fantastic experience with Repair Pro for a much-needed roof repair, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very first call, their professionalism shone through. I was worried about a sudden leak, and the team at Repair Pro was incredibly responsive. They scheduled an inspection quickly, and the technician was right on time, courteous, and extremely thorough. They clearly explained the damage (a few missing shingles and resulting water penetration), showed me pictures, and gave me a clear, fair quote with no pressure for unnecessary extras. The repair work itself was completed efficiently and meticulously. The crew was respectful of my property, took care to protect the landscaping, and performed a very thorough cleanup—you couldn't even tell they had been there, aside from the brand-new, perfectly matched shingles on my roof! Most importantly, the repair has held up perfectly through the last few heavy rainfalls. It’s a huge relief to know the issue w"

"Very knowledgeable! We do plan on hiring Docherty Roofing."

"The crew was working on my neighbors roof and while briefly talking with one of the workers he mentioned seeing exposed shingle nails on my roof. They took pictures and showed me what they were seeing. Manager Elier Flores came out and did a full inspection and quoted reasonable prices for the needed repairs to include replacing the ridge cap. I have had several different roofers out within the last 5 years of owning this townhouse. I have had to have the ridge cap repeatedly repaired. This is the first company to show me before and after pictures along with providing an explanation of why they had a better solution vs their competitors. Highly satisfied with the overall experience."

"Our roof was supposed to last 30 years but, because of hurracanes and all our trees eventually coming down it was damaged and the company we'd used did an inadequate job repairing it. We also got more damage later from more storms and BMF showed up right on time. Isaac and his crew fixed that and after 3 other estimates we decided to replace the whole roof though it was only 20 years old. Again, BMF came to our rescue with a reasonable estimate and shortly thereafter reroofed our house and garage, using new shingles able to withstand high winds, also straightening up a problem with leakage around part of our gutter system that had become apparent in the last few years during heavy downpours. They knocked the job out in two days, cleaned up all the debris and couldn't have been more professional. I believe this time we finally found a contractor who did it right and we won't be fooling around with random leaks or tiles blowing off when the hurracanes, hailstorms or falling branches come again as they surely will. Thanks to Issac, Monty and the rest of the BMF crew, we finally have peace of mind at a reasonable cost. I highly reccomend this company, for repairs or replacement, they did a swell job."

"Carlos was easy to talk to, courteous and very helpful with any questions I had. He came out immediately to review the project and a quote was presented very soon after. Prices are in line with competitors. His crew came out on time, and worked diligently, having the project done on the 2nd day. Cleanup was very well done. The roof looks great, matches the house shingles. I'm so happy I went with them! When my house needs re-roofing, I know who I'm calling!"
