"Kevin and his crew did an incredible job building our two tiered, wrap around deck with stairs leading down to the back yard. They rebuilt my front porch steps and reinforced my old deck as well. All of this was done in about a week, and they came in at the exact price that was quoted from the beginning. Kevin also came by and fixed a barn door for us when we needed it in an emergency. Great guy, great craftsmanship. We are looking forward to hiring him for all major home renovations in the future!"

"They worked very hard and the results were beautiful. They have a lot of talent. The plaster ceiling, which is difficult to work with because it is 12' high, and the walls in that same room were in awful shape and required gallons and gallons of plaster. The tin ceiling needed special care to avoid scratching when scraping off the old paint, and the plaster crown moldings around the ceilings were also difficult because they had curvy edges. Anton and crew did a wonderful job. I would hire them again."

"Dave and his team did an outstanding job on my home project! His team was extremely professional, polite, and clean. I highly recommend Unique Construction!"

"Tom did an excellent job replacing my bay windows, skirting, and flooring. It was his first time he has worked on a mobile home. He is very professional and works neatly. I even had him give me another estimate for a future job. I highly recommend Tom with Nu-Line Home Improvements!"

We needed our gas fireplace cleaned, and the job was done thoroughly, carefully, and efficiently. Our 25+ year old fireplace now functions perfectly and looks amazing. Can’t beat the price. 10/10 recommend."

I would recommend A-1 Painting/Improvements to anyone. Jim is also really great for first-time homeowners like ourselves, explaining things along the way and helping us understand the renovation project. A truly great experience!"
