"Took us four days to get an appointment for Total Comfort to fix our air conditioning unit in this incredible heat of an average of 88 - 93 per day. Finally very excited when they told us this morning (saturday) that a technician would be here between two and four pm. Technician never showed up! I called 3 times requesting an update as to when the technician would arrive?and never even had the courtesy of a return phone call! If you call after hours, it goes to a call center somewhere in the United States! I called another company, 1 Hour AirConditioning in Daytona Beach, Fl. and they will be here tomorrow. Not only will they be here but texted me the info! Total Comfort kiss our 15 year old relationship goodbye! And Jason, you need to up your game."

"This company does outstanding work and I will be using them again as well as recommend them to friends. I had a tub/shower remodel done by another company (big box store) and had nothing but issues with it. About a year ago I had Latow come out and they worked on it but could find nothing wrong. It started working correctly again while they were there. One of the things they noted was that the other company tiled over the plumbing and it was very hard to work on. They gave me a few options on what we could do the next time it happened. Well, it started acting up recently so I called them out to replace the plumbing. They had to cut the tile, remove the valves/pipes, replace it all, and put on a new plate to cover the bigger hole. They arrived early (08:05), they explained everything they were going to do. they worked quickly and cleaned as they went. When it was done the tub/shower looked great. A fantastic job and they were very friendly/professional throughout the whole process. They did exactly what they said they would do, the cost was what they quoted me almost a year ago, and they even explained how it is different than what I had before. They are in my address book as the plumber to call - I have live in the area for 30+ years and have used several different plumbers, this one is a keeper."

"The tech came out and tried to get my unit working. She said she tried to vacuum out the line but it was solid and would need a chemical treatment, at $450 and the moisture switch needed to be redone with a 90 degree fitting for another $300. When all was done my bill would have been $1490. I declined and paid the $109 service call for a non working unit. Called another company and they came out and for $80 vacuumed out the line and had the air working in less than 30 minutes. I asked about the 90 degree fitting and he said that no way wouldn’t at work. Found out this company works on commission so the more they sell you what you don’t need the more they make . I would not recommend them at all."
