"I hired Amit and his team to upgrade my home theater system to a 4K system. I had purchased a new Samsung TV with 4K capability and SmartHub technology (upgrading from a 46-inch 2009 Samsung TV). I wanted Amit to incorporate the new TV into my existing system and to suggest any upgrades. Amit was honest and forthright about what I did and did not need and he did not try to "upsell" me, and in fact recommended against certain unnecessary replacement components. Additionally, Amit worked exhaustively to mount the new TV onto my existing wall bracket, despite the fact that the bracket was outdated and not compatible with the new TV. Amit and his team cleaned up after the installation job was completed, and he and his team were extremely respectful of my home and my concerns. Amit even sent one of his employees back to my apartment when my cable box was acting up, demonstrating that he truly cares about customer satisfaction, even after the job is completed."
