"The owner came out, walked around my house and inspected the roof . Gave me a written estimate ,told me exactly what he was going to do. They came out and turned out that I needed new plywood on half the roof. 40 new sheets. I was very upset. Eddie, the owner was very understanding and gave me a reasonable price below what the contract called for. They finished the work in one day. Cleaned up all the mess covered all the fascia boards, replaced all the rotten wood around the eaves. They did a great job. The roof and the house looks amazing. I'd recommend him to anybody"

It was hard because our siding is over 25b years old but they did it and replaced the broken pieces of siding. Came on time. Very professional and informative. "Outstanding.  Stephen came out immediately upon receiving the call to quote the job.  We discussed the various models/options.  I told him I was getting additional quotes and would get back to him.  He was 'a-ok' with this and didn't give any pressure to close the deal that day.  After reviewing the quotes & products, we selected The Window Source.  Stephen did check in with me during the quoting process, again not to pressure me, but simply to see where I was in the process and if I needed any additional information to make my decision.
I contacted Stephen and scheduled the job.  As we were also getting our house sided, they had to do the install and then return later to do the capping.  Stephen had no problem with this whatsoever.  The crew showed up on the date they committed to, introduced themselves and got to work.  The windows and doors took ~3 days to install.  They cleaned up each room as they progressed throughout the job...really couldn't even tell they were there.  They returned about a week after the siding was done and completed the capping.  Really professional, and really good.
So far I am really impressed with the product-the decrease in drafts and noise reduction from the outside is incredible.  Plus I have minimal touch up painting to do.

"The work performed by Timeless Decks &Renovations was excellent. The job itself was multifaceted in that it included designing and building an elevated 500+ sq ft Trex deck with multiple built in benches including a storage bench and a sophisticated railing and lighting system. Not only did they do great job but John was able to make suggestions throughout to improve on our thoughts. Additionally they designed and installed a herringbone pattern paver patio incorporating two borders. They also replaced a sliding French door and associated siding. They were here everyday on time, were self sufficient which was important because of Covid and put away the tools and materials before they left each day. I tend to be very tough as I expect perfection and they came about as close to that as anyone can. Any questions were dealt with immediately. I really have no complaints and my suggestion would be to book them as soon as possible."
