"I bought an Angie's deal for 1 hour of plumbing service because one side of my kitchen sink was leaking from the drain basket.  I purchased 2 drain baskets prior to the appointment and had everything cleared out from under the sink.  There was some confusion about the time of the appointment.  I expected someone before noon and the scheduler forgot to tell the plumber, so he didn't come until 5:15.
When Mike came, he seemed to think that it would take more than an hour and informed me of the extra charges if that happened.  I said I had people coming at 6:30.  He worked really hard and finished by 6:15!
The old drains were very difficult to remove - he had to saw them out with a saws-all.  When he left, everything was clean.  I'm very happy with my shiny new drain baskets!  Although I can do most repairs, I'm so glad I didn't try to tackle this one.  It was enough of a job to replace the water damaged floor of the cabinet.  On another day of course.
