We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time. Chandlers added two sewer cleanouts in the front for future access to the sewer and provide a convenient place to empty my RV black tank. "It went well, there were two employees who figured out a way to get it done. I consulted with two other companies and they wanted to replace the entire sink and repipe. Superior figured out a way to get it done without having to do construction or replace the sink for now."

"Tyler came out the same day, Fri, otherwise we would've had to wait until at least Monday with another plumber. He cleaned out the roots and was very respective of our property because the only access to the pump is through our master closet. After a thorough testing, it worked just fine until that evening when the pump came on and wouldn't shut off, so I just pulled the plug. It's supposed to turn on for only a short time (seconds) when waste water is present.
