He was not satisfied with the match of the two woods, however, so he came back, stripped the wood in the hall, and completely redid it until it was a satisfactory match. He did above and beyond what we had expected."

"Tim did a great job dealing with the challenges of installing a carpet runner on a 145-year old staircase.  None of the steps were the same size and most of them unsquare, missing part of the nose, etc. etc. etc.  He was able to navigate those challenges and complete a beautiful runner installation.  This included having to cut the carpet around a huge bannister post at the bottom of the steps, it all turned out great.  We don't anticipate having any new carpeting put down, but if we did, we would certainly consider using Hampton again.  Anytime someone asks who did our runner, we will certainly give positive reviews of Tim and Hampton Flooring.

"Excellent experience. Work crew arrived on time and got right to work. Dust barriers were put up and sealed very tightly, which kept the dust down to a bare minimum. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house just the way they found it. The floor itself is very high quality. Our 80 year old floor look new. Matt suggested a special resistance polyurethane for the kitchen floor. I thought they were reasonably priced, given the quality of work they offer. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone."

"it went very well. We had just had a contractor remove our acoustic ceiling and replace it. we did not plan on getting carpet right away because of finances. we decided while all the furniture was moved out, we should go ahead and replace the carpet. we bought our carpet from a wholesaler who referred us to several installers. we called several who would not be available for a couple of months.  when we called World Class Floors and explained the situation, they were happy to fit us in. 
they always showed up on time and the men were very professional.  they had the job done in 2 days and it looks beautiful.
