"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"He called me on the morning of my appointment, and confirmed his arrival time. He showed up on time and appeared very professional. He listened to the problems i had in the past with excessive water bills and willing to look at all of the paperwork relating to the problem. He asked some questions and then began the inspection of the meter, pipes, toilets, etc. He ran some tests and confirmed that there was not a water leak on my property or in my home. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He ended up charging me  less than i had expected and wrote me a detailed receipt.
