"Overall we I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Classic Exteriors. Rick was fantastic and friendly. He came to our home and told us a vision he had, while asking us for opinions and what we would like as well. The work took a bit longer than expected, but that’s normal when it comes to construction and remodeling. Rick was very easy to contact and always had a solution. The only thing that I wish would have been better would have been the communication with the construction workers. There was a huge crack in our foundation that was found after taking the walls down and the workers continued with putting up studs for new walls. I had to ask about it and then call Rick to discuss the crack for it to be taken care of. We had to put steel beams in and our foundation could collapsed and we would have had no idea because they did not mention to me that it was a problem. As soon as I called Rick though, he immediately took care of the situation and got us our steel beams, then finished the basement. It looks amazing and we love spending time down there! It took a month from signing the contract for the team to be able to schedule our small project but it was worth the wait. The team arrived as scheduled and completed all work much more quickly than I thought they would. They were professional and I hardly knew they were working on my roof. After they finished the repair they had me come out to look and asked if there were any other areas on the roof where I had concerns or had noticed leaks. I had none but the roofer proceeded to check the remainder of my roof anyway and fixed a few small "cracks" as he saw them. It's amazing to have a company come to do the job I paid for and then to go above and beyond the contract to make sure my roof was in good condition!

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"Outstanding from start to finish. Stripped off the old roof, they kept everything picked up as it came off the roof. Put down plywood,drip edge, underlayment, pipe boots, flashing, shingles,and a ridge vent. He had a great team everything was done in timely manner. Nothing left at all to be picked up. Very happy with the work and will be calling them again when I need any work done."
