"My wrought iron porch railing was dangerously loose when I bought the house. Parts of it pulled up and would fail if someone leaned against it. By agreement, Jablan infused epoxy or concrete or something and drilled deep screws through the base plates of the railing into the concrete, securing it solidly without any further give. Also, sanded down some rust spots and thoroughly repainted the entire railing, which looks great, like new. They proactively added some concrete patching, unrelated to the railing itself, but apparently, since they had the concrete mixed they filled a few weathered spots and a big gap in the stairs due to the ground settling down over the years. This guards against further weathering and water leaking under the porch. It was unexpected and highly appreciated. Great job overall. "

"Bottom line: Stein Design & Development earns 5/5 stars for our remodeled master bathroom. We have no reservations recommending Stein to others and would go with him again for any future remodel work. We absolutely love both the gained functionality and fresh look of our new master bathroom. Details: We are a busy family with two working parents and a pair of 2-year old twins with another on the way. A master bathroom remodel was desperately needed but seemed at times to be one thing too much with everything else going on. We had a general idea of what we wanted done and met with several contractors. Samuel Stein had come recommended by a neighbor who recently had their master bathroom remodeled by him. We met at the house after work and liked that he truly listened to our wants, provided suggestions where he thought something different may work better and still achieve the same objective, and provided a competitive bid within a short period of time. Once we committed to using him for our master bathroom remodel, Trey worked thru the decision process with us in stages and referred us out to suppliers he regularly works with. For most things we used his referrals and received a discount on materials. For a few things we liked the selection better elsewhere and ended up paying a little extra. In the end the costs balanced out. The crew he used to do the demo and rebuild was excellent. Most days it was a father-son duo with additional men assisting, when needed. They worked around our schedule, communicated in advance when they would be at the house, and would walk me thru what had been done at the end of the day. While working they made every effort to protect the areas they needed to travel thru to get to and from the master bathroom and did a wonderful job of cleaning up at the end of each day. This last point was very important to us as parents of two young children. They were always professional about their work, and we were comfortable having them in the house both while we were at work and home with the kids. There were a few instances when decisions were changed on our part and there was never any argument about going back and redoing or changing something (e.g. paint color, changing out shower head and adding a gooseneck to gain greater height, and talking thru and getting reassurance on tub position). Only once were we unhappy with functionality. One of the sink drains did not drain efficiently. When brought to their attention they modified the assembly and then it did not hold water well. We went back and forth like this several times. Finally it was determined there was a problem with manufacture and the entire drain assembly was replaced at no additional cost. From then on out the drain has functioned perfectly. Trey was good about monitoring progress of the job on-site, remained in communication with us thru the job promptly responding to questions or concerns, and was very patient working thru decisions with us. We have no reservations recommending Stein to others and would go with him again for any future remodel work. We absolutely love both the gained functionality and fresh look of our new master bathroom."

"Bill Session of ALl-PRO Construction & Landscape did a GREAT job. He and his crew are experienced, knowledgeable and honest. If you want something done and they have a better way on how to do it where it's better for you, then they'll suggest it. They were on time and always prepared. They have design ideas to help you with your project. They charged me a fair price for the complete outside remodel of my house. I would and plan on using them in the future for a kitchen update/refresh."
