"Tom organized his tile specialist (Mary...who is great) to meet up with my mother-in-law. The tile was picked out and the project was on its way. After the walls were down Tom could see the damage was under the surface. Tom and his men treat the jobs like it is their home. I contacted Easy Home Improvement via their website and Gasper was out in two days to give me an estimate. He was professional and did not try to upsell me for anything. Gave me a written estimate/contract electronically which I signed that day. The team came out and did the job. They were very professional and took great care to not damage my property (e.g., tarps, hose off roof, not clean mortar bucket in lawn, etc) and cleaned up after. I was given an electronic paid receipt and pictures of the finished job as I have a two story house. Not sure how long the crown will last but I would reccomend this company to my friends."

They took extra time repairing that particular area and even patched an area that was not on our diagram, but knew it should be repaired. They will return in several weeks to sealcoat. "My first estimate said I needed helical piers and near $20,000. I hired a structural engineer & he said no piers needed and spelled out in detail how to repair the problem. Jay from basement cracks & Leaks was the one I chose after a few estimates. They were on time, completed the work early, did not disturb my plants and cleaned up well. They did the repair exactly as the engineer stated it should be done. While I paid the bill one man went to the basement to fill the crack, but it was a real sloppy mess. I paid and signed off, so had no hold on them to fix the mess. That night Jay stopped by in his own truck on his time off, cleaned up the sloppy mess & neatly refilled the crack.
