"Due to an error, our 1st service appointment was cancelled and we had to re-schedule the date. They were booked solid so we had to wait 3 weeks for the re-schedule date. However, we can't complain about the work which was done in 2 visits (grout removal & re-grout on day 1 /grout sealing & caulking on day 2) . Nick P. was timely, efficient and explained the process and follow-up care. The grout removal was done by hand to minimize damage to existing tiles. He cleaned up the bath floor and surrounding areas so there was no grout debris from the process. The finished job looks great and the price seemed fair for the work done. We would hire Diamond Grout again ."

"First Class Tile is exactly what the name implies. Eddie Luca and his crew do impeccable work! Initially, Eddie came out just to quote our first floor tile job. As I walked him through the house and happened to mention the other home improvements we were planning, I was pleased to find out that he could also complete our fireplace make-over & our front porch stone work. The scope of work included: removal of existing ~1,300 sq. ft. ceramic tile/carpet, prepping and installing 1,300 sq. ft. porcelain tile, installing fireplace stone and installing porch stone. Eddie and his crew were punctual everyday for 2 weeks, professional and take pride in their work. He and his crew moved our large pieces of furniture/appliances either downstairs or into the garage. As they removed the ceramic tile, they used water to keep the dust to a minimum since we were living in the home during construction. Our job necessitated a level subfloor to ensure proper installation of the tile. Eddie and his crew had the existing flooring removed and the subfloor installed and level in 2 days! He and his crew cleaned up every day before leaving our home. He knew we would be living in the house during construction so he made it easy and accessible for us to get upstairs and into the 1st floor office (where flooring was not being redone). He and his crew even moved our large pieces of furniture back into the house upon completion of the job! Eddie is a perfectionist which shows in his work. After installing the tile and grouting, he went over the entire floor marking spots where he felt a little more grout should be added. The front porch stone installation was a small job but it needed to coordinate with the prior stone work we had completed a few years ago on the bay windows. The fireplace make-over required an experienced, talented stone mason. Eddie definitely out-did himself! The finished product is far more than we could have imagined! Eddie and his crew are an exceptional company! Eddie's talent, attention-to-detail, personable/positive demeanor and respect for our home made the 2 week flooring project (which kept my family of 4 mostly upstairs) almost pleasant! Before Eddie completed all of the work, we decided to ask him to quote the flooring for one of our 2nd floor bathrooms! He was able to complete the bathroom flooring with the same attention-to-detail and we will be contacting him to install our kitchen backsplash in the near future.
