"Beautiful showroom, great help with design, on time delivery, and excellent installers! Did a total kitchen redo and looks beautiful! All questions or concerns answered and handled right away and the installers were always early or on time, and very unobtrusive, neat and polite. Project finished ahead of time and we would use KBW again in a heartbeat. One issue was receipt of a damaged cabinet which they rectified right away and are replacing. "It was a Big Deal. It was pretty good. There was only one complaint. When they made a hole in the bathroom, over the sink, we had to make an additional purchase for a faucet to fit in. Other than that I think the job went beautifully. There was some additional fee like some sink. We replaced the sink. The job was okay and they did respond promptly. I think the granite they brought in is of good quality but I am not an expert. It was reasonable."
