The owner and some of the crew did have to return twice to clean up roofing nails in the yard due as we have two dogs and one ended up with a nail in his leg while we were playing. The owner was very apologetic and covered the vet visit via a reduction in the cost of the roofing service. The roof looks great and the owner, Paulo, was very professional, nice, and dedicated to customer service."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Those guys are true professionals. They were very responsive. They returned my initial inquiry call quickly and provided all the information that I was interested in. They quickly arrived for an estimate and did not pest me with emails or phone calls during the period of time while I was still shopping around. Their estimate was the best (I surveyed 3 different companies). At the end of the day I did not pay a penny extra from what they estimated. That is, they did not try to sell anything additional or play dumb (as others do) by saying..
