Scott came in and inspected the site before hand and gave me a fairly priced quote. We scheduled a date that had to be moved a few times because of weather. That isn't their fault as the install was outside. Eventually we got a good day and Scott came with another tech and got it all wired up and tested quickly. "Over the phone, the Ferreira team was super professional. I described the issue in detail, and he let me know that they were booked until early the following week. As it wasn't urgent (only affected some lighting), I scheduled a service call for Monday mid-day. Right on time on Monday, a team of two showed up and set about diagnosing the source of the problem. An hour and a half and a couple wiring changes later, everything was back and in better condition than before! The lead electrician explained everything they were doing as they went through, and helped me to understand the wiring in our home better than I had before.
