"Beantown was really great to work with. We had all old shingles,tar paper and trim removed and had a window replaced. The new window was slightly bigger then the old one. It was no problem for the crew to install. The crews were punctual,respectful, knowledgeable and responsible. All old exterior siding was stripped, any rot found was dealt with, cleaned up at the end of each day. There was rot directly under the front door. The far corner of garage had massive rotting from years worth of small animals and ants.They were able to repair all areas without any problem. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The materials were, are of great quality. They applied for and got the work permit from the town. They arranged for a dumpster to be delivered. Arranged for an electrician to come and remove exterior lights,meter and cables from house. We were told what and when things were going to happen. They have an attention to detail. The work included: Shingles,trim boards,tar paper, all nails pulled,wrapped entire house & detached garage in 2 different wraps, installed the new window, new siding & trim on both , new dryer and bathroom vent covers, new gutters and downspouts. They also boxed in the metal chimney pipe. Electrician came back and re attached meter,cables,etc to house. They also put up new lights we had picked out.The job was started on a Tuesday. Everything was completed 7 business days later. Our house went from the ugliest in the neighborhood to the most beautiful. We are still in awe of how nice it came out. "I own some rental property that I don't live in and I contacted Rich to come out because the roof on a small addition was leaking. He came out pretty quickly, I did not have to be present which is always nice because it's difficult for me to get out there during the week. The day after Rich came out I had the quote for the roof replacement in my email. The cost was on the lower side of three quotes I had for the job. I contacted Rich to tell him I liked the proposal and to schedule the job, they came out a week and a half later and replaced the roof. It looks good and no longer leaks! One of the reason's I was so impressed with this company is that when I received the proposal to repair the roof it noted that some of the plywood was rotted and may need to be replaced,it gave a price to have all the roof decking done. When the crew was at the property they did find that several of the plywood sheets needed to be replaced. The crew took the time to photograph the rotted wood so that I knew and could see they were damage and they weren't trying to inflate the price. That kind of attention to detail is why I recommend this company and will use them again."

"I contacted Hector's office in search of a quality service provider to powerwash the exterior of our house. Upon calling, Madeline in the office picked up and informed me that it would be best for Hector to come out and see the work to provide an accurate estimate and that she would follow up later that day to schedule. Just hours later that same day, Madeline informed me that Hector was in the area and I happened to be home! Hector and one of his team members walked the perimeter of the house with me indicating what areas he felt needed attention while being upfront about other areas that looked ok. We agreed on a price that was very fair compared to other estimates I received. Before leaving, I mentioned to Hector that I had a stone patio and firepit in the woods behind our home that could use a washing. Hector again quoted a very reasonable price and said he would have no problem getting all the way back there (nearly 100 yds from house). I read in other reviews that Hector did light exterior paint work and before letting him leave I had him quote a refresh of some of our exterior trim work. Again, Hector was reasonable and fair with pricing for this work. After continuing to add to the job, I added complexity by saying I needed the work done before my son's bday party which was the following weekend. Hector was able to come back the very next day to complete the work! In the end, Hector and his team completed a wash of the entire exterior of the house, parts of the roof that were shaded and had some moss/mold, washing the woodland firepit/patio and painting some of the exterior trim that needed it. The price was right and the house looks amazing. Communication with him and his team was seamless throughout and it helps that the entire team is so friendly, pleasant and honest. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing help with Power/Pressure Washing, Exterior Painting and/or gutter cleaning!!"
