"All I can say is WOW! I woke up his morning, a Saturday, to a swarm of yellow jackets on my front porch. So I came to Angie’s List and found Allstate Pest Control. Because of their high ratings I decided to give them a call. That was at 10am. I spoke to a helpful woman who said that she would have one of the technicians call me back within 15 minutes. In 8 minutes I received a call back. I explained the situation to the technician and he said that he would be at my home in about an hour. Exactly an hour later he was in front of my home. Because I have 2 dogs, I was very worried about their safety with whatever products were going to be used. He took his time explaining the process to me and how to keep th dogs safe. "Encon is a great company! I had an ant problem and needed an exterminator right away. Based on good reviews, I called Encon in a panic and Debbie fit me in right away. Ryan came out to the house and talked with my husband. He explained the problem and sprayed around the foundation and inside where the ants seemed to be coming from. That night we had more ants then ever! I called in the morning and spoke to Debbie and told her what happened. She talked me off the ledge and explained how the nest was disturbed and that was normal. I was also happy with the cost. They were very reasonable. He easily could have just made an appointment w/ me but he told me often apartment buildings have contracts w/ pest companies and I might want to check that first.(after giving me so much helpful information!!)
