"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

The replacement window was then improperly sized and cut on multiple occasions by the window company. Bob was very patient and skilled in dealing with the window company and making work what we had available until the right size window was delivered. Simply put... I would have not been able to accomplish this by myself. He was not satisfied until the window was correctly sized and correctly installed. His professionalism and thoroughness are qualities that aren't always found today as jobs are rushed and finished subpar. If you are in need of a contractor for any type of remodeling you absolutely will be well taken care of and satisfied with the quality of work you are provided."
