"Chris and team did an absolutely fantastic job on our flooring install. First we were delayed due to supply constraints on the flooring itself, but Chris stayed in contact with me and we worked together to ultimately find a date that worked. The job ended up not being easy as the old hardwoods downstairs were all nailed into the sub-floor and the kitchen cabinets were installed over them. This meant that Chris had a much tougher time getting the old floor out and had to cut around all the cabinets. The change in floor height meant that we had to lower all the baseboards downstairs. Ultimately we filled a 30 cubic foot dumpster with all of the old stuff! Chris and team went the extra mile on everything that I asked him to do, even some extra projects that popped up - he had no issue tackling them. The overall job spanned almost 2 work weeks. Putting LVP on stairs is never easy, but Chris did an amazing job and the stairs look fantastic. Everything was cleaned up, and all of the remaining flooring etc was put together neatly in the garage. The end result of everything was great! We are so happy with the flooring we chose, as well as the work that was put into installing it. "After searching by referrals and a previous vendor (LL), we decided to use Angis’ list to locate someone to do flooring. This is such a daunting task, because you don’t know who to trust anymore. My husband and I managed to get a response from CFR and a few others. After explaining what we wanted, the owner, Mr. Getzen spoke to us in detail about what we were requesting, material availability, cost and timing. He was very thorough. He did not try to sell us something we did not want. We managed to get most of the home refloored at a reasonable cost. Mr. Getzen was able to match a room we had done a few years ago by LL. According to LL the material no longer existed. Mr. Getzen was able to find material that was a close match. The project included 7 rooms. Removing existing materials and complete the project in one day. This included moving large furniture, replacing all baseboard trim and removing debris. His flooring team of three was very professional, prompt, and organized."

"After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."

They have pressure washed my house and deck and then stained the deck and stairs in addition to the hand railings to a side door. They installed metal mesh covers over my wide gutters and repaired a problem. In addition, they purchased and installed a heavy storm door and latch at the front door. When two exterior doors arrive they will install them. They leave the job site neat and tidy daily and do an excellent job on everything. Their quote was very fair and lower than anyone elseâ s and they are proud of the work they do.
