"Chris and team did an absolutely fantastic job on our flooring install. First we were delayed due to supply constraints on the flooring itself, but Chris stayed in contact with me and we worked together to ultimately find a date that worked. The job ended up not being easy as the old hardwoods downstairs were all nailed into the sub-floor and the kitchen cabinets were installed over them. This meant that Chris had a much tougher time getting the old floor out and had to cut around all the cabinets. The change in floor height meant that we had to lower all the baseboards downstairs. Ultimately we filled a 30 cubic foot dumpster with all of the old stuff! Chris and team went the extra mile on everything that I asked him to do, even some extra projects that popped up - he had no issue tackling them. The overall job spanned almost 2 work weeks. Putting LVP on stairs is never easy, but Chris did an amazing job and the stairs look fantastic. Everything was cleaned up, and all of the remaining flooring etc was put together neatly in the garage. The end result of everything was great! We are so happy with the flooring we chose, as well as the work that was put into installing it. Chris is hard working, communicates well, offers fair pricing compared to big box installers and will work with you on customizing what you want. Thanks!!"

"Preston did an absolutely stellar job on our pool. When it was revealed, after removing the old liner, that the pool needed repairs, he completed the task thoroughly and in a timely fashion. I have complete confidence in him and his work. Everyone at First Choice Contracting is professional, personable and very accommodating. I would highly recommend them and will use them for future projects."

"Gteat job. Knows what to do."

"I cant say enough positive things about Powers Performance Construction. They gave us the most honest quote, with full transparency as to what the materials costs - including receipts - and then were the kindest and most detailed oriented when it came to the work in our home. Client comes first for these guys. I had thought because it was a smaller job, they might not take it so seriously but these guys exceeded our expectation. 5 stars"

"????? I cannot recommend McCoy Construction highly enough! They recently painted the exterior of my home and completed several siding repairs, and the results exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the team was professional, dependable, and paid incredible attention to detail. They didn't just paint over issues, they took the time to ensure the siding repairs were completed correctly before applying a beautiful, flawless finish. The quality of their workmanship truly shows. Communication was excellent throughout the project, they showed up when they said they would, kept the work area clean, and treated my home with care and respect. It's refreshing to work with a contractor who takes such pride in doing the job right. The house looks brand new, and I've already received compliments from neighbors! If you're looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional quality, honest service, and outstanding results, McCoy Contracting is the company to call."

"Spencers Custom Construction is a superb team of hard workers. They pay immaculate attention to every little detail of the job. They have pressure washed my house and deck and then stained the deck and stairs in addition to the hand railings to a side door. They installed metal mesh covers over my wide gutters and repaired a problem. In addition, they purchased and installed a heavy storm door and latch at the front door. When two exterior doors arrive they will install them. They leave the job site neat and tidy daily and do an excellent job on everything. Their quote was very fair and lower than anyone elseâ s and they are proud of the work they do. If you need something done, I highly recommend Spencers Custom Construction as they are very conscientious and knowledgeable. 252 229 1011 spencersforhire@gmail.com"
