They replaced all the old grass and weeds, front and back yards, with sod; replaced all the old plants and shrubs in the front and back flower beds with the new ones we had requested; put in a 4 station sprinkler system; replaced the old retaining wall with new limestone blocks; and put in limestone trim around three of our front yard trees. "I was initially very pleased with the completed work. However, within 6 months of work completed, the concrete on the 21 foot-long stone stairs, 2 stone planter beds, and 5 chop stone and concrete rings were all experiencing large cracks and were unstable. Detailed photos of the problems were sent to Eric Gonzalez. A worker was sent out to patch the concrete. Within the following six months, all of patches were broken, flagstone was loose and dangerous on the stairs, and the planters were falling apart. New photos were sent detailing the conditions. The same worker came out and stated they would completely tear down the work and rebuild. Efforts to get the manager and crew out to repair the work have been fruitless and Eric Gonzalez no longer responds to me call or messages."

"Kevin began with a long talk with us and then produced a drawing of what we wanted.  The cost of this drawing was waved because we decided to go with Kevin and his talented team of landscapers.  In the course of about five days they reshaped our front yard with attractive new shrubs and flowering plants, new metal dividers between the new plantings and our grass.  They worked on the concrete slab for our side yard and in about 24-30 hours it was finished and looks great. <br />  The crowning touch was the bricking of the round planter in the walkway.  The men working on it approached it by making about eight or nine (I have not counted them recently) "pie shaped" pieces that were the made solid with the mortar.  It was difficult to do and we were very appreciative of their efforts. <br /> They always arrived on time every day, and worked hard in the July heat.  Kevin McCormick stopped in to review the progress almost every day to be sure that all the things promised were done, and done well.  They also cleaned up each day so that the tools were not visible from the road, and did a very good job cleaning up as they left for the last time. <br /> We were pleased with their work and we anticipate employing them again next year to spruce up the back yard."
