"In a day and age were customer service and craftsmanship is basically extinct.. Bill is a diamond in the rough. His work is outstanding, he's very friendly, he's professional, and has pride in his work. When a Fedex driver backed his truck into my house, it destroyed my brickwork above my garage doors. Bill removed the damaged brick and stone and replaced it with new materials. It looks good as new as if nothing had ever happened... simply amazing. If I ever need masonry work, I won't use anyone else."

"Over the past few years we have given CQS at least half a dozen jobs relating to multiple trades including excavation, tree removal and relocations, acres of tree clearing, drainage, landscaping and masonry work. Ely is the man! Always shows up or his crews will when they say they will. Which I have had multiple issues with labor/contractors getting a deposits and soon after spotty communications. Ultimately resulting in calling a true professional such as CQS and El Hefe Edgar Ely. His day rates and estimates are inline and fair with todays labor market here in Austin, Tx."

"Good job except for a couple of details. During the remodel, I changed my mind on a planned range hood vent which ended up with not proceeding with the ductwork through the ceiling & roof. The new plan was to end the ductwork at the ceiling; however, the ceiling should have been properly protected in some manner, but it was not. The vented smoke will eventually cause some damage & sooner or later I will have to deal with it. Secondly, backsplash tile was not properly finished and/or trimmed in certain areas. But overall, the kitchen remodel looks pretty good."
