There was a significant delay because a winter storm hit in the middle of construction, but I was amazed at how well just the new insulation and wrap held up for a week before work was able to resume. I was replacing carpet after I bought the house, but the flooring people don't do shoe molds. He is very skilled and helped me with a bunch of other handyman tasks as well. He explained why the damage occurred to the existing masonite, and recommended a much better solution that will prevent the problem from recurring. His estimate was very reasonable, and he was able to complete the job in a timely manner which was important to us since we are trying to sell our home. The crew, led by Alex showed up on time and worked throughout the day. They removed the damaged portions of masonite, and replaced them with hardie board pieces in a manner that you can't even see where the joints are. They caulked and painted the areas to match the existing trim. The job was completed on schedule and the house looks better than it has in years. We replaced skylights, installed new 50 year architectural shingles, replaced all flashing, with copper, and also replaced cedar shingles on exterior siding. In addition, we did some roof extension to accomodate a new solar system. Jordan is a excellent carpenter, and roofer, and also very honest and easy to work with. I would recommend him over the other 6 roofing companies I interviewed for this project.."
