Israels flooring was more affordable. WAY less then all the competition. Installation was similar to these other places, but still less in the long run. Did a wonderful job! In and out in no time."

"The owner contacted me on the same day I did a search for a company to patch the hole with sheet rock and told me they can perform the services. His office contacted me to schedule the date and it was started/completed within two days. My husband and I are pleased with their professionalism, punctuality and the final result. "The sales process went great (they really want your $$). Installation process not so great. There is a definite lack of communication between the installers and installation coordinator. We were given a 2 hr window for the installers to show. I was given that window 4 minutes before it started. Installers did not show up in the window. I reached out to the coordinator who was slow to respond. Told me the installers had a van problem and were on their way. In the meantime my husband reached out to the salesperson since he told us if we had issues to contact him and he would help resolve. It took him at least an hour to respond. Installers finally showed up 2 hours after the window ended. They were great. Very professional and while I do not speak Spanish my husband does so he was able to communicate with them. The job was done but as we put things away noticed there is a gap in the padding that will cause unnecessary wear. And now they have to come back to fix it."

"He did a good job and even suggested a good alternative to what I had in mind and it did the job so that’s why I gave him an A. They were totally upfront about their pricing method so no surprises but I am not comfortable with a minimum hourly pricing, cure or not, and paying by the hour no matter how long it takes or if they have to run to Home Depot. Don’t like the open ended relationship would like a firm fixed price. Could not find anyone else to do the job in time required so had no alternative. Good job but $300 for a 20 minute actual job at the end seemed pricey, but no other bids, but got the job done"

"I am very happy with this company, their professionalism and the quality of their product and work. I would recommend them to family and friends. One thing - if you are replacing a tile floor - make sure they tarp EVERYTHING in the room they will be ripping old tile from. My crew didn't, and I had extremely thick layers of dust throughout my entire house, to include countertops/kitchen utensils/etc. Upon speaking about this issue with the company, they say that is not the norm and apologized profusely. So they should, just make sure they do. Other than that above issue - I couldn't have asked for a better product and install. The team was professional, courteous, and friendly. They were fast and efficient. Definitely use them."
