"Eric's crew did a superb job repairing a roof leak along flashing of a dormer window. They replaced all the wood trim, which had deteriorated over the years, as well as the flashing and put new hardboard on the sides and top of the window. They also installed a new asphalt platform to replace the cheap metal one that had been installed when the roof was redone a few years ago. Finally, they repainted everything to match the house's trim. Everything looks solid and professional. His project manager for drywall, Phillip Salazar, also had an excellent crew to replace the water-damaged drywall in the garage ceiling below. They were quite particular about the installation (including new insulation) and tape-and-bedding and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Like the outside, everything was solid and professional. Neither crew wasted any time, but because of rainy weather, they had to do it in three takes over a week. Hard to say how long it would have taken if not for the rain. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"I had an unexplained leak in my roof but couldn’t find the source. I found Vantage Roofing on Angi. Rene called me immediately and was able to come inspect my roof the same day. He found the problem quickly and offered to repair it that same day, as well as replace my roof vent, which had been damaged by strong winds. He quoted a very fair price. He and his team did an amazing job, matched the color of the damaged shingles, and had everything repaired and looking perfect about 4 hours later. I will call Vantage again for roof-related repairs. Rene is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Communication about the problem, options for repair, and cost was far above what I have experienced with other contractors. 5 stars."

Being a senior citizen & alone, I am hesitant to deal with contractors. Melissa worked with me on financing options & walked me through the whole process, even speaking with my son after hours to exlplain the process. They scheduled My roof quickly and the whole team was courteous and professional. Roland himself even came by to check on the roof. "Excellent. Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. They had obviously knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I am thoroughly impressed with the installation and the product."

"Trinity Roofing & Restoration is a company you can definitely trust. I highly recommend Adrienne and her top-level working crews. I was in dire need of a new home roof and Trinity was one of my original contacts. I was personally impressed with Adrienne when I first met and talked to her; she climbed on top of my two-story roof, along with her roof inspector. Their inspection was performed prior to my actual insurance company’s roof inspection. Both inspections found my roof had suffered substantial hail/wind damage that needed to be replaced and not repaired. I designated Adrienne to work and speak on my behalf with my insurance company. Due to her professional and diligent efforts, I was able to get my roof claim immediately processed/approved through my insurance company’s adjuster. "David was easy and professional to work with , I had my house reroofed painted and new windows along with some siding replacement all done at the same time my home was built in 1984 so I had issues finding siding that matched what was on my house. I talked with David about the siding and he found a perfect match he also coordinated all of the repairs flawlessly. With three different companies working on my house at the same time I really expected deadlines and finish dates to run over. David and Spartan roofing as well as the other contract companies that David hired (painters , siding and windows) all did a really good job and finished on schedule with attention to detail and great craftsmanship It was to easy and hassle free as the customer, I would highly recommend Spartan roofing for your homes roof but also for general contract work as well David made a customer for life with me he was a man of his word on everything he did for us I personally appreciate your efforts on my house David"
