He fixed my 48 year old Maytag washing machine and I can't imagine anyone providing better service. I watched him do the whole thing. He was methodical and careful going one step at a time going through his diagnostic protocol. He even stuck around and tested his repair with a load of laundry in the machine I was trying to do when the breakdown happened. He answered all my questions throughout and was friendly and easy to talk to. His service fee was slightly lower than at least one competitor's that I considered. As important, he did not leave me hanging. He laid out next steps if the repair ever needed to be revisited and was clear about what he charge by category of service (parts and actual repair).
