"Gary is incredible - very detail oriented, careful, and really listens to the customer to be sure that the work is done well and within budget. The issue I called him for was a few pieces of siding on our house were bowing outward. We got two other estimates - one very low and the other using scare tactics to try to get me to redo the siding on the whole house. Gary was honest in that the existing siding was generally in good shape and did not need to be replaced, but the cheaper estimate I received would not solve the problem because, due to where the problematic piece of siding was located, the scope of that work would not fully address the issue. He was able to carefully take off the existing siding from the roof down to the troubled spot and diagnose the problem (the nails used to hold the siding in weren’t long enough so the siding was only nailed into insulation, not wood). He had to replace some wood and use some new siding after tossing some warped pieces but other than that the job went off without a hitch. He had previously done work on my gutters and roof so this is the third job I’ve hired him for and, should I need anymore exterior work done in the future, he will always be my first call."

He was extremely friendly knowledgeable, and professional. he took his time to walk the property with my Insurance Adjustor and point out all of the damages that the foreseeable eye could not even see. He is really Experienced and Educated and he, his company and crew is very Qualified and Respected in the business. "MJA Contracting did a lot of work on my house as stated above from the roof to new windows siding a new deck around my pool cement some exterior doors will changed they did woodwork around my windows and the interior of the house everything was as discussed we knew the prices up front and the time frame that the work would be done. "Absolute integrity, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all questions, promptly calls back any phone inquiries. Not even a nail or screw found on grounds after they cleaned up debris. Roof installed in one day. Prior to my new roof being installed I had leaks caused by my solar panels. Corey was my initial contact; Michael was the job-site supervisor. They really listened while I expressed my concerns about the solar company ( which caused the leaks in my roof initially) again not sealing my roof adequately. Corey, who was aware of this through his initial inspection and showed us the pictures he took which detail this, offered and did, indeed, return after the solar panels were reinstalled on the new roof. "I had Sam inspect my gutter and siding for damage after the recent hail storm. Sam came out took pictures and helped me with the insurance process. I got a new gutter and siding all paid for by my insurance company and I did not have to do anything except decide on what colors I wanted.
