He communicated frequently throughout the process and assisted in having our plumbing repaired, ceiling repaired from the damage from the pipe that burst, removed all the damaged Sheetrock as a result of the water that damaged the ceiling, walls, and flooring, and worked in getting everything back to the way it was with significant improvements. He arrived on the scene within 24 hours of the mishap and we had a plan in place. He also communicated effectively with the insurance company so that the work was approved by the insurance company and a check was sent to us to get the repairs paid for. Briant is extremely trustworthy and dependable!"

The work I requested was not completed and the scheduling personel became very defensive when questioned, although i am the customer. Long story short, the owner became involved and corrected the situation. Would have given a five star had the scheduler been polite and not defensive."
