"Did a great job repairing my vinyl siding."

"Jose responded quickly to the inquiry and scheduled a time to come out and look at what we need, We had to replace siding on our garage and parts of the house, then paint and install gutters, All work was done as described in the contract, The crew arrived each day on time and did high quality work. During the work they uncovered some hidden damage which they brought to our attention. We opted to have them make this repair as well which they did for a very nominal extra cost. I would highly recommend this company for any painting, siding, roofing and gutter work. They were not the least expensive estimate we received but they were the most professional and we had no complaints with their work."

"Excellent service: hired Nexlevel to replace rotten siding and needed that done promptly due to otherwise cancellation of my home insurance. The quality on the job was outstanding! The siding matched in both, the wood surface and color, impossible to see the difference next to the old siding, which is 30 years old. Highly recommend Nexlevel to any of your roofing or siding projects!"

"Jose and his crew were great! Outdoor siding and trim repair and replace, plus an entry door replacement. Then pressure wash, caulk, and paint. Quality work all arounds, and everything, including cleanup, completed in a single day! I highly recommend A&H!"

"Satisfied overall, but main grudge is that when fixing a hole in a six foot piece of siding they cut out a two foot section and replaced it instead of replacing the whole six foot piece."

"M&M has been our go to roofing and siding company for years. Most recently we needed an investigation of the cause of stains on an interior ceiling. They found the issue and repaired it very quickly and reasonable. A while back we decided to have the original soffits and porch ceilings replaced. They were in bad shape and it turns out that the builders of this house used Masonite, which did not hold up well. M&M gave us a reasonable bid to replace everything with Hardiplank so we will never have to worry about deterioration. We also had them paint the house and they did their usual excellent job."

"They did a great job. The house had not been touched or cleaned in several years, and there was so much debris that plants were growing on the roof and gutters. The got the areas of vinyl siding cleaned without damaging it, and the roofs looked great when they were done. The gutters were cleaned out and running well also. They showed up on time, and Gearold communicated well.

Three (3) man painting crew, supervised by Alex, spent three full days on property during some of the hottest temperatures of the year.  Alex, and each of his helpers, arrived first thing Monday morning and went to work washing the surfaces to be painted.  Thirteen years of dirt and grim were washed away to ensure the new paint would properly adhere.  Painting commenced Monday afternoon with the south side of the house completed before the crew left for the day.  Alex and his crew were back at 7:30 AM Tuesday morning.  The east, north, and west side of the house were painted on Tuesday.  Wednesday was spent applying a second coat of paint to ensure complete coverage.  All door handles and locks were taped to keep the paint off and many windows were covered with plastic to ensure no overspray.  All tape and paper was removed upon completion of the work and all trash was picked-up at the end of each day. The completed work confirmed Alex was a professional at his job.  The exterior of the house has never looked better.  I would not hesitate to call Silver Oaks Residential Services for other repair/improvement work I have planned for the future.

"My house was too hot in summer and too cold in winter. After considering various options I decided that the best course of action was to replace our aging aluminium single pane windows. I wanted to go with vinyl replacement windows, which are a more affordable option than the alternatives. After going through a few product offerings and quotes from different providers, I selected replacement window installation by Guardian Windows. I really liked their Earthwise 143 window series manufactured by Showcase Windows & Doors, a Houston-based manufacturer. Following a regional manufacturing philosophy, Earthwise windows are specifically built for the weather in the Gulf Coast region. The Earthwise product sample was significantly heavier, sturdier, and more robustly solid than those of competitors. I also took into account the fact that sample windows tend to be much much smaller (and thus appear to be sturdier) than an actual window. A lot more vinyl goes into the construction of an Earthwise window, compared to competitors in the same price range. While vinyl is an extremely long-lasting material, it is not immune to the effects of the Texas sun. The more vinyl there is in each window, the better. From my research I knew that even the most expensive window is only as good as the quality of its installation. Guardian Windows use their own installers and do not subcontract the work. I knew that the windows would take some time to manufacture to order. I signed the contract with Marty Scarpati, the proprietor, on 31 Jan, with a down payment of $5,400. The new windows arrived after 9 weeks. A crew of two men and a helper arrived in the morning on the date and time scheduled for installation. Joe Harris and Zach (the installers) were very thorough and professional in their work. Installation took three full days. They were very careful to remove every shard of broken glass and old window material before leaving at the end of each day. Two front door sidelites had been manufactured to the wrong size and needed to be reordered. Also, some of the bug screens were either the wrong size or not ready. I agreed to withhold $1,000 and pay the balance. The two remaining sidelites arrived 8 weeks later and were promptly installed by Joe Harris and Zach. I paid the final balance of $1,000. The last bug screens arrived in two lots a few days later. The first lot was delivered and installed by Showcase (the window manufacturer). I am told the bug screens are made by another manufacturer (makes sense). The final lot of three bug screens was left outside my front door but I was able to easily install them. Though there were some hiccups in length of time from initial order to complete final installation, I am not complaining. I am very happy with my new vinyl replacement windows. I have noticed a significant improvement in the inside air comfort due, I believe, to the superior insulation provided by the new windows. The A/C is able to maintain cool temperatures much more effectively and completely gone is the draft of convection hot/cold air that I used to be able to feel from my old windows. They glide open and close effortlessly and also look beautiful!"
