"I contacted 5 plumbing companies and Done Right Today provided the lowest price. The guys did a very nice job on the install and the removal/clean-up. My overall score of 3 is due to one thing. The first guys that came out got the great rate from the office and I was going to proceed with the work. I went upstairs and then the guy called me back down to advise me that my sump pump was not working. It was working fine before they came. The price they gave to repair the pump seemed very high to me and after many expletives, not to the guys, just for my crap luck, I said I had to think about it. The office said the price for the work was good until the next day. After they left and I calmed down, I went back to the sump pump, fished the dehumidifier hose out and the pump worked fine. I checked it twice by dumping 4 gallons of water in and it worked perfectly fine. I still used Done Right the next day as the price was the lowest. The one guy told me I had a leak elsewhere and that it could be extremely costly to repair. Unfortunately I did not trust him due to the sump pump situation from the previous day so I doubt I would use them again."

"tech mike stiles on time,booties and super freindly. had drain repair done quickly and cleaned area better than when he arrived. took time to explain what happens to 60 yr old galvanised pipes. our pipe was closed down to less than 30% of function. mike augerd it uot as much as he could and sink draining ok. he left us with a complete estimate and scope of work to replace pipe for us to think about. absolutly no pressure to do more at this time. thank you mr rooter and mike stiles. will use again and already recomended to neighbor"
