"Hope Plumbing came out on Wednesday for a toilet repair. We believed the toilet to be leaking from the tank bolts, so Domenic replaced the tank bolts and also (3) valves within the bathroom, installed a Delta faucet and installed a new flapper in our other bathroom toilet. After testing the repair repeatedly, Domenic left for the day. We discovered yet another leak right after he left our house, and we contacted Hope Plumbing who put us in contact with Domenic. He was not very far down the road and was gracious enough to turn around and help with this new problem. Upon inspection of the toilet, we decided it could not be fixed (a small crack in the front of the bowl) , so he arranged to have a new toilet installed the next day. He came back the next morning with a new toilet, took the old toilet away, and the installation went very smooth and quick. We will hire Hope Plumbing for our future repairs!"

"Our bathroom was 20+ years old and needed updating. Mr. McAvoy came and asked what we had in mind. He was great at listening and understanding not necessarily what we said, but what we actually had in mind. He made some suggestions to help make updates but keep the cost down, e.g., a way to keep the very large mirror in the bathroom so we didn't have to replace it because of one small area. He also pointed out some things that we could do to help match the area around the tub (which we were keeping), to the new shower and countertops. Once we had the plans, we went into the store and worked with Dawn to pick out tile, shapes, colors, doors, faucets... it's amazing all the decisions you have to make for a bathroom. She was extremely patient while we swapped out countertop and tile colors, and always explained why she made some of the suggestions she did. They scheduled us several months in advance but still started right on time, and finished before the expected end date. Mr. Donnie oversaw the workers and kept us up to date at every step. Even the painter - she matched the new paint in the bathroom to the existing paint in the bedroom. It was perfect. I can't describe the transformation, everything was just so much nicer than anything we expected. I'm SO GLAD we listened to everyone who helped us - we could not have created such an amazing final product on our own. I would have them back to do anything in our house. They were clean, did not leave even a drop of water or paint anywhere, and even came back to install a shower hook that we forgot to ask them to order.
