"The first thing they did was look at the plumbing in the basement and tell me I need to replace it and gave me estimates for three different levels or replacement. They are correct, the pluming does need to be replaces but i needed the sink line cleared. Called a different company to come out and they cleared the line.

"My gas log fireplace kept going out.  They came out and cleaned it and it lasted about 2 weeks.  They came back out a couple more times and each time replaced a part and adjusted the fir, finally getting it corrected.  All of this there was no extra charge, which I really appreciated. "Have an older double oven. The main circuit board needed replaced. Otherwise the oven was fine. The part was not longer available. The Repair Shack refurbished my main circuit board in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. The oven is back up and running with much less hassle and cost of replacing it."
