"I am completely in awe of the beautiful new walk-in shower that Bath Pro installed. Steve came to visit and helped me with decisions on what would work for me and my situation in my home. I had never heard of onyx and when he showed me and suggested I try it I was more than ready. He help me with my choices of matching my bathroom tile and my vanity sink to the colors I needed and wanted in my shower. Their install time was three months out from when I met with him but I was in no hurry and it was well worth the wait. The installer, Zack, did a great job removing the old tub and shower doors and installing a New walk in shower. He cleaned everything up and you would hardly know he was here doing all that work. "The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"I contacted the office because of the quality of the work - there was a visible gap between panelling, one panel in particular was bowing in the middle, the shelf they reinstalled was unstable and visible paint drippings. The handyman was sent back to fix the job without issue but the fact that the handyman felt that it was acceptable quality of work in the first place is probably the most concerning. It by no means looked like a professional had completed the job. Not to mention that this company was over $1k more than the other estimates received. Once someone installed baseboards on the walls with the new panelling they noted they weren't sure about the how new panelling was installed. Overall, the quality of the work is of concern. Meanwhile I had no concerns with the painting that the official painter did."
