"Kyle, the owner, fixed 2 toilets and a leaky shower that was staining the ceiling below. He showed up at the agreed time. He was clean, friendly and reassuring. He talked me through various possible causes of old, clogged toilets. He didn't try to oversell me, which I really appreciated. Using an auger designed for toilets, he was able to unclog both toilets and tested them thoroughly to be sure they were fully unclogged. My toilets are 35 years old so I was glad that he was able to fix them. The shower had a leaky cartridge. He pulled the old one, which was very stuck, and installed a new one. He tested everything to be sure the leak was gone. He recaulked the areas to prevent further leaks, using quality silicone. He cleaned up everything and left both bathrooms cleaner than they were when he arrived. His rates were very fair. I would definitely use him again and I highly recommend him."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
