"I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I"

"Outstanding customer service and quality of product installed. Recommend to anyone that needs flooring installed. My contractor missed 3 deadlines for Empire to arrive; the company and CS reps were so gracious in rescheduling. Cannot praise Empire enough!"

"We hired MWG II Handyman Services for a few home updates after purchasing our house. They replaced our outdated floors with LVP, painted our entire first floor and put a tile backsplash throughout our kitchen. They did a great job and gave our house a much needed update. Everything looks amazing and they were very professional. We have very high ceilings that they were able to do without any problem and each project went smoothly. You can tell they take pride in their work and want to do a good job. We will be using them for any future updates we need."

"Justin and his team did a great job on my floors. He was very communicative when the color I wanted wasn’t in stock. I ultimately liked the second color he suggested more."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"
