"I thought he did a good job, in the end he hung everything to my liking and went the extra mile to get it done. My one complaint was that he had to take multiple trips to complete the job. The first time he came he drilled some rather large holes into my wall and they were off center I asked him to align the holes with my headboard so the shelf would sit neatly centered above my bed. I was watching him carefully and asked him to adjust, but when I walked away to take a call he started drilling and when I came back it was too late. I communicated this and he was very receptive and helpful its clear he is interested in his customer satisfaction. It ended up that we didn't have the correct hooks so he came back a second time with special wall hooks he went out to purchase at home depot as a courtesy as my walls were unusually think and also to re drill holes centered above my bed and to fill the old ones. His original price was for just the shelf and curtains but he helped me hang some easier things around my room that I needed an extra pair of hands for. He was really helpful and easy to deal with, I give him credit for dealing with the complaint so graciously and working to fix it."

"Overview - In short the job went exceedingly well, I have zero complaints and Pete (the owner) was one of the most honest gentlemen I've had the pleasure to do business with.  I have already used him to finish my porch and will be using him again in the future.  Heritage's phone number is one you need to keep on file, these guys are amazing!!!
The Estimate - Pete came promptly to my home to give me an estimate on the work requested.  He spent so much time with me listening to my desires and taking the time to explain how we could make them work, things that wouldn't work, and giving me ideas that I never even thought of.  There was never a moment where he rushed me, cut me off, or pushed an agenda on me; that was quite refreshing.  
The Work - Pete and his crew arrived at the time indicated to begin work.  Before they started he told me what to expect, what they would be doing and about how long it would take.  His expectation management and time estimation were on point and made me feel comfortable knowing what goals I could expect to be reached each day.  His work was done impeccably and with no disturbance to my home, my existing landscaping or lawn!  Their craftsmanship is excellent, their attention to detail is amazing, and everything was done with pride as if they were working on their own home. 
Warranty - During the fall I had a few EXTREMELY small issues, this was two months after everything was completed.  I gave Pete a call and explained the problem and he came out as soon as he had time (which was quite quick) to rectify the problem.  He stands by his company and his work, he will never leave you high and dry; a true businessman.  More construction companies should have the pride that Heritage does, these are people who actually and genuinely care about their customers.
