"We went with the vinyl for the low maintenance and more privacy. The crew was super polite and answered all my questions in an informative manner, highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality fence for the future."

"The project went very well. Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours. The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work. They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before. The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves. The workers were knowledgeable and polite. They made sure everything was nice and straight! Everything looked very nice when they were finished. The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given. I called and was told they had gotten a late start. Their good work made up for the lateness.

"We had Garden Structures & More add onto the beautiful privacy fence they had previously built for us, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Our new and improved fence is even better than we had envisioned due to owner/designer/craftsman Hal's excellent ideas. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. We truly enjoyed working with Hal and wouldn't hesitate to have him do our next home project. "

"Good! Rich (salesman) was great...honest, prompt, professional and friendly. Price was excellent but had to wait longer for installation than many other vendors...my choice to wait. However, we waited longer than reasonable for project completion. Many reasons given for delay. Owner (Jake) installed fence and did an excellent job when installed."

"After getting a bid from Cady this summer, I hired them to do some work on my house (clean gutters, install gutter covers I'd purchased and fix a piece of siding). They agreed to do the work on September 10 at 1:00 p.m. They didn't show, and they didn't return my calls over the next couple of days. I felt they wasted my time. I gave them an F rating here and moved on to look for other handyman companies. Except that finding another company turned out to be easier said than done (the ones I contacted didn't serve my area or didn't want to do work on a 2-story house or were booked for months). A week later, my contact at Cady called to apologize. He said he'd gone out of town and the people back at the office dropped the ball. He offered to do the work for a reduced fee. I hadn't hired another company and was starting to wonder if I'd find one before winter, so I agreed to hire them. Two workers showed up as promised on September 21. They did a great job and were knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I were very happy with the work, and we would hire them again.

"I would highly recommend Hoffman Weber for your siding project. Keyth was a huge help in the designing and planning of our project. He made sure we were informed on the products available and didn't push us towards or try to sell us on anything we didn't want. It was important to him that we were happy and comfortable with our investment. The entire process was straightforward and relaxed while still remaining professional and detail oriented. Additionally, out of four total quotes for our project, Hoffman Weber was the most competitive. The Project Manager, Brian, was a huge help and available whenever needed, the office team was friendly, and the installation crew was hardworking and polite. If we ever need other construction or remodel services I will call Hoffman Weber first."

"On May 22nd I called Dennis but it seemed like a bad connection so I also sent him an email. He responded via email that day and he said he'd be in the area the next week. We set up a time for the 28th. He arrived on time. He was very professional and he took his time looking over the house and garage and noted how he would do things, what type of paint he would use, etc. I pointed out some problem spots on the garage (woodpecker damage) and on some of the trim (squirrel damage). He said that he could fit the job into this schedule about 4 or 5 weeks in the future and he said he worked with a three-man crew including himself. He said it would take a week or less depending on the weather. When he left, he said he would have an estimate to me by the end of the week. I asked him to separate the cost of the house from the garage in case I just wanted the house done. He actually emailed the estimate to me that night - the evening of the 28th. He estimated that the trim on the house would cost $2310 and the garage would cost $1390. This was much less than another bid I received even though the type of paint used would be the same, the number of painters working was the same, etc. I signed the contract the next week and sent Dennis a down payment of one-third the total cost. Dennis and his crew arrived on August 6th and dropped off their equipment. We had a major storm the night before so it was too wet to start anything. On August 7th they scraped the old paint off. Painting started on the 8th with a primer for the house trim. The garage didn't need a primer. Dennis asked if they could work on Saturday, the 10th. That was fine with me. During this week Dennis and his crew were careful to cover the ground so any paint chips were taken care of. They were careful about the plants I had mentioned to them; nothing got trampled. They put all their equipment away every evening (I told them they could use my garage for storage). They had to put ladders in my neighbor's yard since the north side of my house is very steep. They were respectful of his yard and tried to minimize the intrusion. We all thought that all the work was done when they left on Saturday. However, Dennis was very adamant that I call him if I noticed anything. During the next week I noticed two things - there was a small area over one window that had been primed but not painted and the large garage door had not been painted. Dennis and one of his guys came back on Friday of that week to finish everything and profusely apologized for missing those items. During this time Dennis and his crew were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. This was a good experience and I would definitely use them again when I'm ready to have some interior painting done.
