American Heritage was competitive and offered a pet version - posts are close enough together that our pup is unable to squeeze his head through - we liked that American Heritage is a local family owned and operated business, used American made products and didn’t have a negative thing to say about the other fencing companies we talked to....the same can’t be said about the others. Fence came in and was installed exactly how and where we agreed...love the fence! Took about 6 hrs to install 800+’ of fence..posts are in concrete, gates are self closing and lockable. The owner did the estimate, and the son did the layout for the crew to install. Buy American! Buy Local! Would recommend American Heritage to family and friends with no hesitation!"

"Kevin, the installer, arrived promptly at the time negotiated, and very efficiently installed quite a bit of wire around my large property. He also walked me through the proper training procedure and how to operate the equipment. The company was accomodating to my needs, making changes in the pattern that varied from the original estimate ( which understandably increased price from estimate ) and due to the Thanksgiving holiday, returning to follow up with training separetely from the hardware installation. <br />"

"The installation team arrived promptly on the expected install date. Installers were professional and courteous. No issues with the install process. Initial training session provided sufficient guidance to allow me to work with my dogs on a leash in order to get them accustomed to the system. After the follow up training session, the correction feature of the collars was enabled. After another 4-5 days the dogs were running around the yard unleashed but supervised.
