"I found Act One Cleaning on Angie’s list. We decided to have our very dirty carpets cleaned on our new home rather than replace them hoping to stretch them out a year before replacing them. Steve made it clear from our initial phone call that he was not interested in up-selling and only interested in cleaning my carpets and ensuring that we had the best customer service experience possible in the process. Steve arrived on time and was extremely organized. He put up a plastic barrier on the front door so that heat wouldn’t escape while he worked and blankets under his equipment to protect our floors that weren’t carpeted. He used several techniques to remove stubborn stains and spent several hours throughly cleaning our carpets. I was thrilled with the results. The carpets look nearly new and there’s no need to be thinking of replacing them. Steve is a rarity in the service industry. He truly cares about getting great results and that you’re happy with the outcome. I will be hiring Steve to clean some upholstered furniture for me and he will be the only person I have clean my carpets. I highly recommend Act One and he does travel to Huntsville from Gadsden so don’t let the company address stop you from calling him."

"Considering the condition and age of the carpet they did a good job.   It is builder stock beige and has taken a beating over the years with kids and pets. There were still some stains which I knew were going to probably stay.  They did a really good job with the tile on the kitchen floor. <br />"

"Two Maids & A Mop performed a deep cleaning of my home on 7/25/2016 and to say they did an outstanding job is an understatement! They called/texted the day before to remind me of my appointment, which was a plus. The cleaning team (Angelique and Naomi) arrived on time and they were extremely professional and courteous. They cleaned my home from top to bottom and paid great attention to detail. I had a wax build up on my floors that I have been unable to clean and these two ladies stayed over to ensure the build up was removed. The office manager even called to discuss the build up and make sure I was aware of it (and I was) and let me know they weren't able to get rid of all of the build up (it was a lot) but they made great progress. I was very grateful for the communication. When I returned home, the first thing I inspected were my floors....I didn't see any traces of build up! My floors (hardwood and tile) were like NEW!!! Once I got over the surprise of how good my floors looked, I inspected other things (baseboards, toilets, dusting, etc) and I was BEYOND satisfied with the job. They dusted top to bottom, cleaned baseboards, window sills,ceiling fans, oven, microwave, and the list goes on! All of this was listed on the deep cleaning package but it was the attention to details that really impressed me--organizing the clutter on my nightstand/dresser, cleaning my blender, etc. I felt like I was in a brand new home when they finished. I highly recommend Two Maids & A Mop and I look forward to doing business with them in the future! A++++ Service!!!"

"Brad was great to work with. Very friendly and confident in his work. The recent cold and wet weather caused a few delays and issues, but when the weather got nicer, they were back on the job and fixed the few minor issues caused by the weather. The limestone foundation was had a lot of cracks and crevices, but was covered very well. Only found a few spots that were quickly fixed where the shadows and cracks hid whether it was painted thoroughly or not. The job site was kept straightened and the crew was courteous and professional. I'm sure I'll have paint work in the future and I know who I will be calling. Highly recommend."

"It went extremely well, and continues to do so, because Ashley and Trina (the owners) listen to all comments from the homeowner and research any cleaning problem that may be peculiar to that house. Our house is rather large, and the price charged seems to be based on the size of the house and the frequencey of cleaning. When something minor is left undone, a phone call to the Mop Squad brings the owners to be sure the task is completed properly."
