"Thomas (the technician) quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and recommended a replacement part. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend Neli as a low cost alternative to expensive appliance repairs."

"Very prompt service. They quickly diagnosed issues with two appliances. The parts were ordered right away and installed just a couple of days later. Volodymyr was a great technician, very courteous, professional, and easy to work with."

"Yes, I hired a pro from House Appliance Repairs and was able to schedule a time only two days from when I made the request to fix my GE gas clothes dryer which was not heating. The repair man arrived promptly on time, diagnosed the problem and replaced a couple of coils on the gas control valve using a parts kit that he had in his van. He vacuumed up the dust on the interior of the unit. After reassembling and testing the dryer, he was done, just 50 minutes after he arrived. I would recommend this repair company to anyone who asked me about appliance repairs."

"Mike responded quickly to my request. My refrigerator wasn’t working and he came out promptly with part in hand and fixed it all at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and explains what he’ll be doing. Takes time to answer any concerns or questions. Highly recommend!! Thank you Mike."

I have been in the construction industry in some capacity for almost 20 years now. I started in building maintenance and now I mange residential restoration projects ranging from $500-500,000.\nI love what I do and would love to be more hands on outside of the project management that I do only a daily basis.

"Extreemly fast service ! Lucky they were in the area ! Were over within 1/2 hour of calling ! Another 1/2 hour or so and the job was done! Checked the Air Cond. out and replaced 4lbs of Freon ! Now working great again ! Expensive but very nice to do business with ! Will use again ! Other than for the High Service charge & cost of the Freon i would have given them 5 stars all around !"

"Green came out, diagnosed, and repaired the fan in a single day. I'm very happy with the service. I will certainly call them again for any heating and A/C needs."

"I've used them several times, they are quite good. They were excellent, they did the job, the prices were good. They're dependable. If there's a problem, they come back.
I have a service plan and so they came out to check the heater and they had to replace something on the heater, like a wheel because the fan was blowing cold air. They replaced it and did maintenance on it and repaired anything that needed to be repaired."

"Very professional removal of our old units and installation of the new ones. The installer was able to efficiently address an unexpected condition with the routing of our existing condensate and refrigerant lines, and provided a better solution for the new equipment install. The new install looks much better than our old one, with a very neat appearance of our new unit. After 2months of operation, our power bill is lower and the new unit is much quieter inside the house. Excellent experience!"
