"Bill and his team did a variety of home repair and improvement projects on my 40+ year home Fall 2024. We a couple months. These included: repairs : replacement of wood sub flooring/framing in basement ceiling/upstairs, covering outside side door concrete steps on slate,and cresting a new sidewalk to lead up to it, cleaning front of house stonework and putting protectant on it, building new short frame and drywall in order to replace old closet doors, dry walling and painting interior room and more. What impressed me most were the professionalism and expertise of Bill and his team in every way. Quotes were detailed, and multiple options were provided when needed. I was kept informed of daily schedules and progress, the contractors were skilled, meticulous and excellent with prep and cleanup. "Josh fit me into his busy schedule, which was great, but there were major miscommunication issues. When we did a walkthrough, he gave me a quote that I agreed to; when he sent the contract, however, the quote was $10k higher than he had stated. I agreed to it because I needed the work done ASAP, as my previous contractor had cancelled at the last minute. Josh gave me a small refund for not doing one part of the job but refused to correct or refund me for multiple items that were done incorrectly. Now I am spending thousands of dollars to fix things that should have been done in the first place. One of the contractors I hired to repair the work said he was appalled both by the shoddy job and the lack of recompense. I do not recommend this company."
