Any time they came into the house they removed their shoes. Vinyl siding - To avoid the wavy look you so often see you want top quality siding and folks that know how to properly install. Sun uses top quality .046 thick vinyl siding and crews that install it right. Had several other quotes from other companies and the vinyl siding was the same brand but the lower quality/thickness model. Highly recommend!"

"Initially I was not thinking about replacing my siding and gutters. A Power representative was in the neighborhood and stopped by to discuss the services Power provides. Boy I am glad that he did, I set up my appointment to have them came take a look at my current siding and gutters, needless to say pictures are truly worth a thousand words (some I cannot type in the forum). I was beyond appalled at the current state of the siding and gutters. After the pictures were taking I sat down with Fabiano (sales rep) to discuss my options. Please refer to the pictures for my selection. The price was more than reasonable and they do offer financing if needed. After I signed the contract, a few days later Brandon the Product Production Manager came out to discuss the project, the dates, and took more measurements for confirmation. The entire project (siding and gutters) took 4 days to complete and both teams did exquisite work. Carl who does the quality assurance came onsite to check on the project. Every person I have met throughout my project has been a dream! I honestly believe they care as much about my home and doing what is best for me and my family as I do. I highly recommend! Long story about my incredible experience so far below: Our roof and siding were older, losing grit and fading, and we had lost some shingles in a storm. After having another company out that was okay/average, I did some research and read a ton of reviews. Home Genius Exteriors really stood out from the rest, so we decided to setup an appointment. Our Home Remodeling Expert was named John and he was the best! He did a complete and thorough inspection of our home inside and out (including using a drone). He even went up into our attic mid-summer to see what was going on under the roof. He then took us though all of the photos and videos and explained what was happening. He also listened to what we were hoping to improve. He provided multiple options and recommendations and answered all of our questions and concerns. Next thing I knew we were creating models of our actual home and toggling between different colors, styles, materials, etc. John was extremely patient as it took a while for us to get it dialed in just right. He wrote up our project, helped to find some discounts and areas we could save money to stay within our budget without compromising the end result we were now in love with. We decided to get a roof, siding, windows, patio door, and gutter replacement to completely makeover and modernize our home. The next day we were contacted by our Home Genius project coordinators Tiffany and Beth to schedule our roof install and to have a technician out to remeasure and confirm our windows/patio door order. I figured it would be a while to get on the schedule...They blew me away. Measurement appointment tomorrow and roof install the next day! Our measurement technician was named Frank and he arrived on time, took off his shoes without being asked (love that), and his attention to detail was impeccable. He even went as far as to reconfirm our order and to walk us through what to expect with the windows and patio door install. That afternoon Brandon, our Home Genius Project Manager for the roof install, called to introduce himself and provide a detailed timeline for the day of the install and to see if we had any questions. He also informed us when the dumpster and materials would arrive that evening. The next morning Brandon and the roofing installation crew showed up at 7:00 and began prepping our home, including hanging tarps from the roof to protect our landscaping and even moving all of our deck & patio furniture out into the yard for protection. Then the work really started - the crew was incredibly fast and efficient! They had all of the old roof off in less than 3hrs. By lunch they were done laying the new underlayment and starting to put on shingles. They worked non-stop. The roof was finished by 8:00 and what I really appreciate, is they spent almost an hour cleaning up the jobsite and even using magnets to make sure no nails were left behind in the grass or landscaping. Brandon was terrific throughout the project. He provided detailed explanations of what was happening, provided updates on timing and progress, answered all of our questions, and made sure that the installation was perfect. He even came by the next day to do a second final walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed since it was getting dark the night before. Roof looks amazing and we could not be happier! Can not wait for the next stages of our home transformation!"

"We were very pleased with the staircase and railing construction completed by MGM Carpentry and highly recommend them for Carpentry and construction work. Mike worked efficiently completing the demolition of the previous stairs and railing in one day. He identified and corrected structural deficiencies from the previous construction and completed the remodel and finish work within the time he originally stated it would take to complete the job. He was even able to stay on-budget with the exception of the additional repairs identified during demolition. Even then, he discussed any changes early and found effective solutions that didn’t significantly increase the cost of completing the work. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and appearance of the finished staircase. He kept a tidy workspace and cleaned everything up very neatly once the job was completed. "My wife and I purchased 30 Sunrise vinyl windows and a sliding door from Kotch’s Windows-N-More and had them installed in Aug 2017. Our home was built in 1998 and the original wood windows were in need of replacement. Mike Kotch and his team were fantastic! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too. Very happy with my overall experience with Kotch’s Windows-N-More and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows!"

Wes did the siding/gutters on our house a couple of years ago through another company and did a fantastic job.  We had some winter damage that needed repairs and looked up Wes' information .  He did a great job in 2012 and continues to carry on with his high quality of work and work ethics.  He immediately handled all repairs and did not even charge us!

"I've had Rick out to my house twice to quote me for siding. I have found him to be very honest and have the most intregrity of the 3-4 for siding contractors that have come out to quote me. The first time he came out he recommended I find a handyman to repair my existing siding. He was of the opinion that we could buy ourselves a few more years with the repair work of a good handyman and then re-side down the road. I planned on taking advice until we found mold and my wife became concerned that there was mold behind out siding. I asked RIcked to come back out and quote me for vinyl siding, gutters, and aluminum trim. He gave me the best quote of any other siding contractor. He also really made me feel like I could trust the work and quality of A-1. We are still undecided if we will reside this year or a few years down the road but when we do we will almost certainly go with A-1 Roofing and Siding"
