"I reached out to Chattel Construction when I was closing on my home. I was anxious to get work started (and completed) as soon as possible. Scott and Paul were great from the start. They were very open about ballpark prices, what was realistic, and what isn't worth spending money on. Doing a major renovation is daunting as a single woman with no construction experience. But with CCC, I was treated with nothing but respect from everyone involved. Scott quickly prepared a thorough quote and worked to make sure it covered everything I wanted. Their prices were as I expected and the only change orders I received were for extra work I requested. I had a reasonably large project in a 125 year old victorian home. CCC renovated the two upper floors by gutting two big bathrooms, changing the floor plan to move walls and doors, built out a big closet, installed, new radiators, replaced the stair treads, and brought the original floors back to life. CCC worked quickly and efficiently, did great work, and resolved every issue that came up. My top floor is "difficult" with varying gabled ceilings that impacted the bathroom and closet space. Scott helped me figure out how to harmonize and work with the angles while making the most of the space. Everything turned out beautiful and even better than I expected. I am so happy I found CCC! I've already begun planning the second phase of my renovation and wouldn't even consider reaching out to anyone else to do the work."

"I had approximately 8 different quotes to redo a second floor bathroom. Homecraft Remodeling was basically right smack in the middle of all the other quotes and was honest about what it should cost etc. I went into the office with my wife, and we dealt with Norman, picked out tiles, flooring, toilet, bathtub and a few other things. My wife and I ordered the vanity, shower head, towel ring, toilet paper holder, lighting, and mirror because we didn't like what they had to offer. Norman deducted from the quote which we still broke even but at least we got what we wanted. The only issue we had was with scheduling but ill give them a pass due to Covid. Bathroom two about two weeks. Should have been a few days less but there were a couple of hiccups along the way. Overall the work was done very well. The workers were polite and explained everything as we moved along."
