"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

"We are so happy with BKG! Noelle from BKG designed our kitchen to change the layout and add a dishwasher and island that we desperately needed and wanted. We went to her after working with two other companies that weren't able to give us what we wanted in our design. Noelle was quick to answer our questions, provide the renderings, and respond to additional questions as we were ordering appliances to fit. She is the most patient person and great at problem solving! Her industry knowledge helped us to order the right size appliances so we could get everything we wanted in our kitchen, like my farmhouse sink! The install crew was fantastic too. "It went well until they told me at the 11th hour that my quartz countertop would require a seam! The area was only 10 linear feet at standard depth with no backsplash. I took great care on making the product selection and they took my order and sent someone to measure. After the measure when they were ready to cut the stone, they notified me saying that the product I selected came in a max length of 10 feet. This would not allow for appropriate overhang and bevel without a seam. They knew what my needs were, and they should have told me this fact when I made the selection; I would have chosen something else. Luckily the technician was smart enough to call me bscore he cut. I had to make a different selection which turned out to be a lower price, but it was a 2nd choice not my preferred. This also delayed my project another month. The install went well and the product looks fine."
