"After extensive research in finding a roofing contractor to repair and replace our roof, we chose Perfect Roofing and Siding. The sales rep, Carlo, was very informative and explained all the steps involved with the project. Our biggest concern was the fact that part of our roof is a large flat roof over the front porch, which several other contractors were reluctant to deal with. Perfect Roofing had no issue dealing with the situation. We ultimately ended up going with their proposal because of the confidence Carlo projected and we felt assured that the job would be done correctly, professionally and with consideration for all the extensive landscaping around the house.
