Then I spoke With Eddie. He changed my mind after providing much needed GE operating information. Within 3 days my oven was repaired. Both upper and lower heating elements were changed out and the oven works great. Eddie was the first service technician who took the time to explain what happened and why. He was honest and forthright about servicing the oven. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and left my kitchen in the same condition he found it - CLEAN. He made sure all debris was removed. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
