Arrived early, took pains to protect shrubs and bushes, worked very hard and cleaned everything up when they were done. They even saved us money by cutting and piecing pieces of plywood to reduce the number of sheets that were necessary to repair bad parts of the roof deck. I have a Victorian house with different roof pitches, a turret and a wraparound porch. Also a garage with a carport and they replaced the roof on everything. He brought a crew of 7 who worked 12 hour days for 2 days and then finished up and installed gutters on a 3rd day. They were very professional and thorough. It was obvious they took pride in their work. They cleaned absolutely everything up when they were finished and my lawn looked better than before they started. "We hired the boys to replace 3 skylights and our metal roof. the old Marvin skylights are no longer produced so they replaced them with Velux skylights of a different size. this, of course, required a retrimming of the interior opening. when I asked about this the boss, Paul, replied: we do not do trim carpentry. you will have to get someone else to do that. needless to say that I was irate. not only does the job look like hell, in one case I cannot even open it. the overall job was excellent but, if you plan to get skylights replaced, be sure that you have the internal trim work figured out beforehand. I would recommend a written contract."
